We offer mediation appointments for Family Mediation, Civil & Commercial or Workplace Mediation, throughout Bristol and beyond including Clifton and Canon's Marsh, St Pauls and Easton, Temple Meads and Redcliffe. Alternativly you can mediate with us online using FaceTime, WhatsApp, Skype and Zoom (or telephone) wherever you’re based in the UK.
For Family Mediation - which deals with child custody, access and child maintenance, finances and property following separation and divorce - we see each party for an individual information and assessment meeting (known as a MIAM) in one of our offices.
For Civil, Commercial and Workplace mediation our Mediator will call all parties involved to gain an understanding of the dispute and discuss how to proceed to resolution. The mediation can take place at one of our offices throughout the South West OR we will travel to a venue to suit.

Park House is a prominent building on Park Street right in the heart of Bristol. It is close to College Green and the offices of Bristol City Council.
The entrance to Park House is in between two shops and the offices are on the floors above.
Clients should take either the lift or the stairs to the first floor reception area.
There is metered parking available on nearby streets, four hour parking available in College Green car park as well as a large multi-storey car park in Trenchard Street.
You will appreciate that because of the nature of our work, it is not appropriate to bring children to appointments.
