We offer mediation appointments throughout the South West in all our services: Family, Civil & Commercial or Workplace Mediation. Alternativly you can mediate with us online using FaceTime, WhatsApp, Skype and Zoom (or telephone) wherever you’re based in the UK.

For Family Mediation - which deals with child custody, access and child maintenance, finances and property following separation and divorce - we see each party for an individual information and assessment meeting (known as a MIAM) in one of our offices.

For Civil, Commercial and Workplace dispute resolution our Mediator will call all parties involved to gain an understanding of the case and discuss how to proceed. The mediation can take place at one of our offices OR we will travel to a venue to suit.

Victoria House is a large office building in Victoria Street.

If you are coming from the town centre, go along East Reach and when you are level with the Jasmine Thai restaurant, turn right.

If you are driving into Taunton from out of town, shortly after you turn into East Reach you will pass a Vauxhall garage on the left. Victoria Street is the next turning on the left.

There is some free parking for clients for 2 hours, directly in front of the building. There is also parking for 2 hours on some of the nearby residential streets. The nearest public car park is on Victoria Gate and there is cheaper parking available at Taunton Town Football club in Lisieux Way.

ON ARRIVAL PLEASE REPORT TO RECEPTION.

You will appreciate that because of the nature of our work, it is not appropriate to bring children to appointments.

Mediation is very easy and helpful. It's also much quicker and cheaper than solicitors
